Maintenance & Repairs
- The Lessee is responsible for basic maintenance (cleaning lint filters, proper use).
- The Lessor will handle repairs due to normal wear and tear.
- Any damage due to misuse or negligence will be charged to the Lessee.
Return of Equipment
- Equipment must be returned in clean, working condition upon written termination of the rental agreement.
- Pick-up will be arranged by Lessor on or after that date.
- Failure to return equipment within 30 days of the end of the rental agreement will result in an additional $50.00 charge.
Liability
The Lessee assumes all risk of loss or damage to the equipment from any cause during the rental term. In the event of loss of the equipment other than force majeure the full cost of the equipment will be charged in the amount of $300.00.
The Lessee will not move or unhook equipment without the written authorization of OK Washers and Dryers. OK Washers and Dryers will be contacted in the event the equipment must be moved to a new address and OK Washers and Dryers will move the equipment within 30 miles with no additional fees, and will assess a $30.00 fee for relocation greater than 30 miles. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $50.00 fee.
Termination
This agreement may be terminated by written agreement by the lessee or lessor. The lessor also reserves the right to terminate the agreement if rent as not been paid 14 days after that months rent is due.
